Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers)

• Custom or personalized items

• Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

• Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To get an exchange, return the item you have and place a new order for the desired product after your return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
