📦 Shipping & Delivery Policy

Inkofashion

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

In cases of high order volume or stock availability delays, we will notify you by email regarding any changes to your order.


2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times by destination:

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • United States & Canada: 10–18 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Asia & Middle East: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, peak seasons, weather conditions, or local postal services.


3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.

Tracking information is provided by third-party logistics partners (such as YUN, IMILE, DHL, 4PX, or local carriers) and may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.


4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping fee

  • Are the customer’s responsibility

Inkofashion is not responsible for delays, holds, or additional charges caused by customs clearance.


5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Street address / house number

  • Valid phone number

  • Postal / ZIP code

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

The cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.


6. Proof of Delivery

Orders are considered successfully delivered once marked as “Delivered”, “Delivery Completed”, or equivalent by the courier.

Courier confirmation may include:

  • GPS delivery coordinates

  • Delivery photos

  • Date and time stamps

  • Official carrier delivery records

These records are accepted as valid proof of delivery.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Inkofashion is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after successful delivery to the address provided by the customer, unless Worry-Free Delivery protection was selected at checkout.

Customers who purchase Worry-Free Delivery may be eligible for a replacement or refund in cases of confirmed loss or theft, subject to courier verification.

Customers who do not select Worry-Free Delivery accept full responsibility for:

  • Loss or theft after delivery

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information


8. Non-Delivery Claims

If a customer claims non-receipt of an order:

  • The claim must be reported within 7 days of the delivery status update

  • An official non-delivery confirmation from the courier may be required

Without official courier documentation, refunds or replacements will not be issued.


9. Replacements

Replacement shipments are provided solely as a goodwill gesture and do not constitute an admission of liability.

Replacements are not available if:

  • The order is marked as delivered

  • A chargeback or bank dispute has been initiated

  • No official courier confirmation is provided


10. Chargebacks & Bank Disputes

Customers agree to contact Inkofashion support before filing any chargeback or bank dispute.

Filing a chargeback while tracking shows “Delivered” or “In Transit”, or without contacting us first, may result in:

  • Denial of refunds or replacements

  • Suspension of further customer support

Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may lead to permanent account restriction.


11. Agreement to This Policy

By placing an order on Inkofashion, customers confirm that they:

  • Have read and agreed to this Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Accept courier delivery records as valid proof of fulfillment

  • Understand the risks and timelines associated with international shipping
